About Joshua
Joshua Weaver, is a 13-year-old karter from Scotland with a passion for racing. Since picking up the sport in December 2023, he's quickly progressed from indoor track days to outdoor club racing and his first national championship campaign in 2026.
The Journey
First Laps - Xtreme Karting Falkirk
Joshua discovered karting in December 2023 at Xtreme Karting Falkirk, immediately catching the racing bug.
TeamSport Cambuslang Race Academy
Joined the Race Academy at TeamSport Cambuslang in October 2024, developing racecraft in a competitive environment.
Knockhill Kids Karting Club
Stepped outside for the first time, joining the Kids Karting Club at Knockhill Racing Circuit in January 2025, eventually finishing 5th in his first year. Also finished 4th in a Summer Grand Prix event.
Club100 Junior Northern Championship
Entered the Club100 Junior Northern Championship in the Super Lightweight class — Joshua's first national championship season.
