Round 3 of grid series @teamsportkarting and a bit of and up and down night in the heats with a few takeouts meant a 9th place start in the final. A couple of nice moves at the start got him up to 7th. First ever @club100racing race at the incredible new karting track at @silverstonecircuit. It was an amazing experience learning so much. After a very respectable 34th in qualifying (starting 12th in pre-b), the race was going ok until an incident involving several karts directly in front led to an evasive manoeuvre to avoid a collision left me in the mud and pretty much last in the race. But a great drive in the b final meant gaining 13 places and a much more enjoyable race. Just a fantastic day to be a part of #club100 #kartsilverstone #silverstone #karting #kartracing
